ABOUT US!

The Country & Western Special Interest Group is a new group within the
Motor Caravan Club. We started our group in September 2007 with a rally in the Forest of Dean.

We plan to hold 4 to 6 rallies a year, and spread ourselves over the whole UK.
So if Country Music is your thing, watch out for us in your Motor Caravanner magazine. In addition to Country Music we will be having line dance teachers at each rally,
covering partner dancing, easy dances for the beginner as well as the latest steps. There are also dances for the wheel chair, if we have the demand.

Western dress is optional, but why not dress as your favourite Western character. – Saloon girl, Mexican Bandit, Gambler, Southern Belle, Indian, etc.Time to bring out your other self. Once we get going we will be planning to stage re-enactments and also have fast draw competitions, as well as traditional games
For a membership form please contact Lesley & Jack Dempsey 07838375449 or email quoting your group and MCC Membership number.
